Why do so many Metal players use Sabian?
Well the title pretty much speaks for itself. Almost all of my favorite metal genre players use sabian. Is there a reason?

personal prefrence. they hold up better than the other brands. and they are endorsed.

I don't know. Why most of the hair or hard rock drummers uses or have used Paiste?

In Canada, the metals up here are stronger...so they last longer.
Plus Sabian makes the second best sounding cymbals on the market. Second only to UFiP. But about half the cost.

There are many metal drummers who don't use Sabian as well... who cares though? Just play what sounds best to you, don't worry about the brand... after all, they're just pieces of metal.

It's called: Coincidence. Don't come saying Zildjian, Paiste or Meinl don't have metalheads in their roster, because they do... Boy, do they have some.
