Jutty the black finish ply kit has a 20" bass and is really easy to gig with. The thing about DW finish ply kits, is they look so cheap to start with that you don't have any anxiety about beating them.
You need to come play them when your in the PGH area.

Would love to have a go on them. Maybe you could get us sweet gig at the station square amphitheatre so that the band is made to come out there LOL. I will get to PGH, it's just a matter of when. I will do my best to make time for it.

Speaking of a 20" kick, I would love to own one too. I really do think it would make life easier at the end of the night and I really don't think you would lose that much more thump or low end. Just played one 2 days ago and it was great----for my ears at least.

Jutt, I got no juice around here. Hopefully I get a gig in that theater before I am too old and decrepit.

Are these a new Guitar Center "Exclusive"? I saw these today and took pics because I have not seen them anywhere on the forum OR drum shops.

MCX "Black Sparkle Fade" w/black hardware.

They look nice, and they are cheap price wise. Especially for GC!
