I just ordered the golf bag case, the basic hard plastic one. Found it on eBay NEW for $60 w/shipping. Couldn't pass it up.
Will post pics when it arrives.

For gigs where I use a larger setup, I use SKB cases. I switched earlier this year from Humes & Berg. The H&B were just not on the same level as the SKB cases are. My TrapX1 can hold my DR501 with extension, 5 booms, S1000, H1000, tom arms, FT legs, throne, and stick bag and still has room for more. While I'm sure there are less expensive cases to hold hardware, as a working profesional I need to know that my cases can be tossed into a truck, packed under hundreds of pounds of other gear, dropped off the back and still keep my gear in perfect condition. I trust SKB to provide me with this kind of protection.
