Another option is to go with a 13" rack tom. 10-13-16 gives nice intervals, and you'd only have to buy one additional drum.

There's a 12x9 and 14x11 on ebay now if you hadn't seen them yet. I wouldn't pay that much for them though.

I'd go 12x9 rack just because it is a fantastic sounding drum. I also don't like 14x11 hanging toms. I would go 14x14 with legs all the way based on what you have now.

The finish on you bass drum looks great in this picture. The grain looks really deep.
