just curious,anyone know of any star drummers who have played smx or sbx drums?

Gene Hoglan played sessions for ever I belive SBX. He very recently switched to Reference though. Also Richard Christy still plays them.

Nate Morton played a SBX kit in the rehearsal room for the Rockstar: INXS and Supernova TV shows, although he used a Ref at each concert.

matt tong from bloc party used a smx for the first years of bloc party. he changed to a reference on the tour of 'a weekend in the city' their second album.
